Empower is to “give power or authority to” and that’s our goal. We strive to put the daily users of Dynamics GP in a position where they are comfortable with their environment, understand their environment, and have the opportunity to perform independent action going forward. We do this by making the goal of every engagement to transfer the power and knowledge to our clients and keep us out of the picture after the project has been completed. No longer will clients always be on the hook of a consultant for the knowledge and expertise of something that a consultant built & delivered.
Our other goals are to:
- Simplify the use of the Dynamics GP environment
- Increase productivity
- Increase end-user ownership
- Drive self-sufficiency
- Deliver clean implementations with documentation and proper training for clients to maintain going forward
